MAVILO's has been the only jewelry store I consider when purchasing jewelry! Their staff is very knowledgeable and understand what I'm looking for not only quality, but with value points as well. Jolie, and Wendy took their time in showing us rings and explaining the differences in the various cuts and quality levels of the diamonds. They both shared their knowledge and expertise which made the decision comfortable and easy for us. I would never think of going anywhere else to make this kind of purchase which is why we drove from Northern Georgia to Tampa!

I had been searching for months Doing my research. I came in contact with Mark from a family friend. I live in miami Florida and getting to Tampa was almost impossible with my schedule. I talked to Mark once a week about different rings. Knowing I wanted a cushion cut Mark kept telling me I HAD to see a cushion brilliant. Mark explained to me the different cuts. At the end I took a chance and ordered the ring to be made with only seeing pictures of the diamond. Mark said to trust him and I wouldn’t regret it. Man he was right... I couldn’t have picked a better diamond if I tried. Mark got me the best diamond my fiancé or I could have asked for it’s amazing. The customer service was exceptional. I accidentally ordered the ring one size to big and Mark said to send it to his team at the store overnight. The next day the ring was done and overnighted right back.. Amazing customer service. I will refer everyone I know to Mavilo because I know they are the best around.
