First I would like to give a huge shout out to Kim, John, and Mark for being so amazing! My fiance and I had been searching and searching for the perfect ring with no luck. We then decided to venture into creating a custom setting. Kim was amazing with remaining in contact with us and dealing with our millions of questions. John is truly talented. He was able to create the PERFECT ring and really make it our own. The owner, Mark, really made us feel at home and comfortable on our first visit by explaining the whole process. After the ring came in it was so beautiful and perfect. I cannot go anywhere without someone grabbing my hand to comment on how beautiful it is!
