Our experience was wonderful from the first contact. I submitted a contact request and was immediately reached out to a time secured. The issue with my fridge was quickly diagnosed and quoted. Once the parts were onsite, another quick contact to book the final repairs and was offered the next morning when it was evening. Repairs were swift and quick! Will definitely use them again - without any hesitation!

My fridge ice maker quit and a new had to be ordered. It installed just over a week later. Great service!

Great service. My fridge was working as it should within an hour.

Communication was good as was response time . Technician was professional

Repair person was unable to fix our dishwasher. Promised refund on May 30, 2025 via email. It is now June 20, 2025 and refund has still not been processed. I have contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charge. Brought in a 2nd repair person (different company) who was able to find the issue and fix the dishwasher.
