The repair person was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said he would get back to us regarding the availability of a new part and he did.

A tech was good explaning the situation, where no issue was with a washing machine when he checked. It was weird it was not working when a service call waa arranged then, there was no issue he found and it worked when he tested. A standard service fee for no issue was a bit much i find. That is why i give 4 stars.

Very efficient and prompt service but quite pricey. Very Happy with the repair and the technician. Just not sure if I should have bought a brand new appliance rather than fix it. I paid $715 to repair a dishwasher whose heater stopped working.
