Joe helped us fight our insurance company which wanted to only say we had damage under our hurricane deductible. We were going to get $0. Joe helped us net $15000. I highly recommend them. Joe was referred by a friend and I hired them in the beginning. We are very happy we did so! Thanks again Joe! And no I’m not a paid “actor” as someone posted.

What an experience from start to end! I worked with Stanley and Darryl from Hunter Claims when I had an upstairs bathroom leak and I'm so glad I did! They eliminated the headache of dealing with my insurance company and made the process so much easier than it would have been. Within a week of contacting them, they inspected my home, had a contract filled, and had my insurance company adjuster there for their inspection. They were both very respectful of my home and their personalities made me comfortable immediately. I cannot thank Hunter Claims enough for handling my insurance claim which was denied after cat 5 hurricane. Hunter claims went to work quickly to ensure that my repairs would be covered. Staring with claim adjuster Joe, he came out and did a thorough inspection and resubmitted a claim to the insurance company. He later came back out with the insurance company adjuster and explained thoroughly walked through all the damage to my house. He did a great job! I followed up with office manager Heather who walked me through the process and informed me every step of the way. She was extremely professional, helpful and responsive! When it came time for mediation Jason did a phenomenal job explaining needed repairs and how the insurance company grossly underestimated the damage. In conclusion I was awarded enough money to replace my roof and other needed repairs. Without Hunter Claims fighting on my behalf I don’t know what I would have done! They are life savers!!
